We left early this morning to go to Taman Negara !!! A shuttle bus took us to an other hotel where we had to take a big bus. We said bye bye to "Buddha" our mate from our backpacker ! He told us that we could be back here after, even if we had to leave directly to go toThailand, to put our big backpacker, take a shower etc... all for free. Very nice ! So we joined few others people including few young people like us : Baptise (french guy student in the Phillipinia), Tamer (egyptian living now at the States) and Alex (english). We took first a Bus during 3 hours to Jerantut. There we had lunch. Then we took a very long but thin boat during 3 more hours to Kuala Tahan in the Taman Negara National Park. It's a village in front of the river. We had a dorm together with Baptiste, Tamer and Alex. We could take a rest, then dinner on the floating restaurant and then did a night small walk in the jungle to see insects !!!! So we met our guide for the next days : Zan ! It was really nice ! We saw a baby snake, spiders, gekkos, stick insects, magic mushrooms (yep !!!!), fireflies, animals steps... It was great ! We had a lot of fun with Zan. Just at the end we had a big big rain and storm!!!! We were completly wet! Because here the rain season is coming (december), and the river level is going higher and higher every day.

Nous sommes parties tôt ce matin en shuttle bus pour aller dans un autre hotel où nous devions prendre un plus gros bus. Nous avons dit au revoir à "Buddha", notre pote maintenant ! Il nous a dit qu'on pouvait revenir poser nos sacs à notre retour même si on dormait pas là et que nous devions prendre un autre bus direct pour la thailande. Super sympas! Nous avons rejoind d'autres touristes dont quelques jeunes comme nous : Baptiste (français étudiant aux Phillipines), Tamer (egyptien exaptrié aux USA) et Alex (anglais). Nous avons d'abord pris un bus pendant 3 heures jusque Jerantut. Là nous avons mangé et ils nous ont amené sur un petit et long bâteau que nous avons pris pendant 3 autres heures pour arriver à Kuala Tahan dans le Taman Negara National Park. C'est un village au bord de la rivière. Nous avons pris possession de notre dortoir commun avec les garçons et nous sommes reposés (ouais trop fatiguant de dormir tout le temps pendant le bus et le bateau...). Ensuite, dîner sur le restaurant flottant, puis nous avons rencontré notre guide pour les prochains jours : Zan ! Ce soir il nous a amené faire une balade nocturne dans la jungle pour observer les insectes !!!! Nous avons vu un bébé serpent, des araignées, des verts luisants, des insectes "batons", et des champignons magiques (sisi! mais on en a pas mangé vous inquiétez pas), et des traces de pas! Ensuite il s'est mis à pleuvoir et faire orages, on est rentrés trempes. Ici la saison des pluies commence et le niveau de la rivière n'arrête pas de monter.
