On 7^th morning we’ve wait the germans boys Marcus, Alex and Jorg who did the sailing just one day after us!!! So we’ve been to the Marina just when they arrived! That was funny! We spent some time with them and they decided to do some road with us. Actually we lost each other at the beginning and after that they decided to stop in a National Park, we didn’t and went straight. We stopped by night in Agnes Water to sleep.

On 8^th I woke up and went directly on the beach to have a look. At 6am there already was heaps of surfers. That’s a huge beach without any buildings, only one house!!! I ran on the beach, that was so nice! Then went to Bundaberg where we visited the Bundaberg distillery. That was really nice and we had 2 free tasting. We’ve only used one because we had to drive just after that, but I’m keeping the others tickets for the next time. We saw the ‘Barrel’, an other distillery, the building is like a barrel... And I found a street named ‘Massey St’ like my surname, so that was funny. Then we were in the hurry to go to Hervey Bay, we had a meeting for fraser at 4pm and arrived to the backpacker at 4.20, hopfully they changed the meeting for 2 hours later.

Le 7 au matin nous avons attendu nos amis allemands Alex, Marcus et Jorg qui ont commencé la croisière en voilier juste un jour après nous. Mais juste avant Flo a fait un tour en avion au dessus des iles. Trop beau apparement, allez voir ses photos sur http://flower.kikooboo.com. Nous sommes allées à la marina juste quand ils rentraient,  c’était rigolo. Nous avons passé un peu de temps avec eux et ils ont décidé de faire un bout de route avec nous. Au final on s’est perdu dès le départ et finalement ils se sont arrêtés dans un parc national alors que nous avons continué à rouler jusque tard dans la nuit. Nous nous sommes posées pour dormir à Agnes Water Beach.

Le 8, à mon réveil j’ai filé sur la plage pour voir à quoi elle ressemblait et il y avait déjà plein de surfers à 6h du matin. La plage s’étend sur des kms et des kms sans aucun batiment, seulement une maison sur pilotis. Vraiment superbe, j’ai courru le long, c’était trop bien. Ensuite nous sommes allées à Bundaberg où nous avons visité la distillerie de rhum du même nom. C’était super et on a eu droit à 2 dégustations gratuites. Nous en avons utilisé qu’une parce que nous devions conduire juste après mais j’ai gardé les 2 autres tickets pour la prochaine fois !!! Nous avons vu une autre distillerie en forme de baril et j’ai découvert une rue à mon nom de famille la ‘Massey st’, trop biiiiien !!!!!! Ensuite nous étions un peu à la bourre pour Hervey Bay où nous avions un meeting pour fraser à 16h. Nous sommes arrivées à 16h20 mais heureusement ça a été reporté à 18h.
