J'avais acheté il y a un bon moment maintenant une conserve géante de confit de canard que j'avais trouvé dans un Harris Farmer (magasin de légumes et épicerie fine). Maintenant impossible d'en retrouver il n'en ont plus du tout, tout comme la crème de marron Clément Faugier que nous avons trouvé qu'une seule fois (trop triste) ainsi que de l'emmental suisse... Bref ! :-) Nous avons attendu si longtemps car un ami à moi en avait acheté une aussi et nous voulions organiser un grand repas avec nos 2 boîtes de confit. Finalement ça a trainé, moi je pars bientôt donc avec Cathy et Nico nous avons décidé que ça ne pouvait plus durer comme ça !!! ^^ C'était vraiment bon même si peut être pas le meilleur !!!!!! Huuuuuum !

I bought few months ago a big tin of "duck confit", speciality from my area in France. I found it at Harris Farmer and now it's impossible to find it again (same for the chesnut cream from Clément Faugier.... so sad !!!!). We waited a long time to cook it because one of my friend bought one as well and we wanted to organise a big dinner together... but finally we didn't, I'm leaving soon, so I cooked it with my close friends Cathy, Pawel, Nico and Elisabeth. It was so delicious even if not the best ever !!!!
