On 16th afternoon we arrived in Coffs Harbour where we had a free night at the Plantation Hotel. There was nobody or nearly nobody sleeping here, so we could have 1 dorm each, one 6 beds room each! Great!!! Before to go there we stopped at ‘The Big Banana’ where there is actually a big Banana, a shop with a lot of bananas souvenirs, snacks, shops... That was funny. There was a great puzzles shop!!! After a good shower Glenda&Kevin joined us at the Plantation Hotel. We met us at Craig’s farm during peaches and pears picking! It’s an Australian couple, living in Coffs Harbour. They were travelling around Australia for few months. They are really really nice!!! Really friendly, taking care of us nearly as their children, giving us lot of travel advises, learning us Aussie slang (especially Kevin!!!). So I really was happy to see them again! We had few drinks together, talking a lot, remembering fruitpicking time... But we forgot to make a picture... shame on us !!!!!!!

On 17^th we went to the Marina where there is some small islands. One was closed. But from the other one we could see some dolphins in the sea!!!! Amazing! The first ones I’m seeing in Australia ! Great ! I couldn’t take pictures because it was so far, but that was great.

Le 16 après midi nous sommes arrivés à Coffs Harbour où nous avions une nuit gratuite au ‘Plantation Hotel’. Il n’y avait personne dedans ou quasi personne, et nous avons pu avoir chacun un dortoit de 6 lits, sans personne dedans. Cool ! Avant cela nous nous sommes arrêtés à la ‘Big Banana’, où il y a une grosse banane évidemment, un magasin de souvenirs, les snacks, des magasins… C’était rigolo. Il y avait un super magasin de puzzles !!!! Après une bonne douche, Glenda et Kevin nous ont rejoind à l’hotel. Nous les avons rencontrés à la ferme de Craig pendant la cueillette des poires et pêches. C’est un couple australien qui vivent là. Ils ont voyagé avec leur caravane pendant quelques mois dans le sud de l’Australie. Ils sont vraiment extras !!! Très gentils, prennent soin de nous presque comme si on était leurs enfants, nous donnent plein d’astuces pour voyager en Australie, nous apprennent le jargon australien (surtout Kevin !!!). J’étais vraiment contente de les revoir ! Nous avons bu quelques verres, discuté, se souvenir du fruitpicking ! Nous avons oublié de faire une photo !!!!!!!! J’halluciiiine !

Le 17 on a été à la Marina où il y a quelques petites iles. Une était fermé mais de l’autre nous avons pu apercevoir des dauphins dans la mer !!!!! Trop biiiien ! Les premiers que je vois en Australie ! J’ai pas pu faire de photos, ils étaient trop loin.
