Loïc is a chef patissier, and was working at the patisserie until july. I had lot of fun with him, and when he left it was defenetly not the same. Then he came back to Sydney but we were not meeting us a lot. He left Australia in the end of september, during his last week we met him as we've never done with Cathy : night at the Watershed in Darling Harbour, and on september 26th we've been to a nice place in Kings Cross together, the Deans. We had a good sandwich, and lot of fun! We miss you Loïc !!!!!

With Cathy we finished the evening at the Victoria Room in Victoria street, it's a bar-restaurant just in front of the patisserie. My friend Patrick is working there but I've never been there. Every wednesday there's a guitar player, we wanted to have a look how it was. It's a really nice place with lot of nice sofas, there's a huge range of cocktails and alcohol!!!!! I just took a raspberry alcohol free cocktail and it was amazing ! We were set down just in front of the guitar player, good atmosphere to relax and talk, that was just what we needed.

Loïc est chef patissier, il travaillait avec moi jusqu'à juillet. On s'éclatait bien ensemble, et c'était carrément plus pareil quand il est parti. Ensuite il est revenu sur Sydney mais on ne se voyait pas trop. Il est retourné en France fin septembre et avec Cathy nous l'avons vu comme jamais pendant sa dernière semaine. Soirée ensemble au watershed à Darling Harbour pour danser sur du Ragga... Le 26 on s'est fait une petite soirée sympas au Deans à Kings Cross, un petit café-resto sympas où nous avons mangé des sortes de bruschetta très copieuses. Tu nous manques Loïc !!!

Ensuite avec Cathy nous avons fini la soirée au Victoria Room, un bar restaurant juste en face de la pâtisserie où un pote à moi, Patrick, travaille. Depuis le temps qu'il me disaient d'aller y faire un tour juste pour voir l'ambiance. Les mercredis il y a un guitariste (j'allais dire un joueur de guitare... bof bof) au registre classique. C'est un endroit immense, un peu comme dans un loft avec ambiance tamisée, des sofas de partout, un carte d'alcool et cocktails hallucinante. J'ai pris un cocktail sans alcool à la framboise qui était délicieux. Nous étions assises juste en face du guitariste, très bonne ambiance pour se relaxer, papoter, tout juste ce dont nous avions besoin.
